变压器用植物绝缘油技术原理

该技术以天然植物油为主要原材料,通过脱蜡、脱色、脱臭、碱炼、水洗、复配、干燥等工艺对其进行精炼,以使其达到满足变压器要求的性能。用天然植物油替代矿物绝缘油,可避免矿物绝缘油寿命结束后,其处理过程及处理产物产生的大量CO2排放。同时,在生产过程中,植物绝缘油要求的温度和压力较矿物油更低,耗能相对较少,进一步减少了CO2排放。
This technology uses natural vegetable oil as the main raw material, which is purified by dewaxing, decoloring, deodorization, alkali refining, washing, compounding, drying and so on. Natural mineral oil can be used as a substitute for mineral insulating oil, which can avoid the large amount of CO2 emission during the process of treatment and the treatment of mineral insulating oil. At the same time, in the production process, the plant insulation oil requirements of temperature and pressure is lower than mineral oil, energy consumption is relatively small, further reducing the CO2 emissions.

植物油中存在一定游离状态的脂肪酸,脂肪酸分子较不稳定,容易离解,影响植物油的电气性能。因游离脂肪酸与碱的作用比甘油酯快得多,其皂化游离脂肪酸所碱液浓度也比皂化甘油酯小,该技术利用游离脂肪酸与甘油酯在皂化反应上的差异来碱炼油脂,从而达到去除游离脂肪酸的目的。

植物油的结构中含有不饱和双键,在应用过程中易与氧气作用发生酸化、聚合等反应,降低其介电性能,因此需加入一定量的抗氧化剂以增强其抗氧化能力。复配技术选取食用级抗氧化剂,对植物绝缘油进行特定配方、特定比例的添加,以最大程度增加其氧化安定性,使其在使用过程中保持击穿场强、介质损耗因数、酸值、粘度等性能稳定。
