闪电对于变压器油来说还是很重要

闪点是绝缘油在储存和使用过程中的一项安全指标。闪点的下降表示油中有挥发性可燃物产生,这些低分子碳氢化合物往往是由于电器设备局部故障,造成过热使绝缘油在高温下热解时产生的,因此通过闪点可及时发现电器设备是否有过热故障出现,对于新充入设备及检修处理后的油来说,测量闪点可以发现是否有轻质馏分油品混入,闪点过低会导致电器设备发生火灾,甚至爆炸。
